DEMI-LUNE

This vineyard is named for is half-moon shape, and sits on a small hill overlooking the vineyards to the East of Château Montrose, near the banks of the Gironde. The soil is gravel, granite, quartz, limestone, clay and iron - a perfect Left Bank soil combination, suited to 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Saint-Estèphe.
